I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Box House Hotel! The unique decor and friendly staff made my visit memorable, and the convenience of the shuttle service was a huge plus. The only downside was the availability of some of the dining options during my visit, but overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to return.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost wallet, reflecting their strong commitment to customer care. The rooms were spacious and unique, perfect for our family celebration. However, we faced a significant issue with hot water during our stay, and the noise from a bar nearby made it challenging to relax. While there were many positives, the negatives impacted our overall comfort and enjoyment.
